We usually kick things off with a Cultural Map or an inspiration session to get people thinking and involved. Depending on the needs, this can be a keynote, a workshop, a few mentoring sessions, or we can add value to something that’s already planned, like a team event or company day.

An initial cooperation can already start from less then €10.000*. An inspiration session starts at €2.000*. Depending on the size of the company. Our Cultural journeys are always custom-made, yet we always joke it will cost companies less then the meal vouchers they provide their employees with. *all prices are exemplary and excluding VAT and expenses

This depends mainly (not exclusively) on three different factors: the maturity of the current culture, the goals and strategy of the company and set-up of the leadership team.
