Tim followed an unconventional path toward becoming a culture expert. With a bachelor’s degree in fiscal studies and professional experience in the events, real estate and marketing sectors, he developed a broad perspective on entrepreneurship and organizations. This atypical background allows him to quickly connect dots, identify underlying patterns and spark movement where it is needed.

As COO, Tim spent seven years helping lead the marketing agency Marbles. Together with the team, he transformed the company from a difficult period into a self-managing organization that challenged traditional HR thinking. Bold experiments such as unlimited holidays, employees choosing their own salary and removing formal rules positioned the organization as a highly attractive employer and shaped Tim into a leader who uses culture as a lever to attract, create and retain happy employees.
