Heleen is co-founder of Amazing Cultures. She has a strong background in Human Sciences, with a Master’s degree in Art Sciences and a diploma in General Management from Vlerick Business School. Throughout her career, she has also obtained several certifications in business and leadership coaching.

Heleen brings over 10 years of experience in business and people development. As a Value Proposition Expert, she guided hundreds of companies in defining their unique company identity. She also served as Head of HR and Communication and was part of several leadership teams, where she helped develop purpose- and values-driven strategies.

Today, she specializes in crystallizing the cultural compass within organizations and translating the ambitions, ideas and aspirations of leaders into daily practice. As a true enabler, she safeguards the commitment and tangible impact of Amazing Cultures in every client trajectory.
