Peter S’jongers

Peter s’Jongers is the founder of Protime, the Belgian HR technology company specialized in time registration and workforce planning. Together with his partners, he founded the company in 1995. For nearly 30 years, Peter led the growth of the business. Under his leadership, Protime evolved into a European market leader with offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, the UK and Luxembourg. On January 1st, 2023, he passed the role of CEO to his successor and continues to contribute as a member of the board.

For 28 years, Peter was the face of Protime. An energetic leader, a guardian of culture and a driver of innovation, though far from a traditional CEO. He shaped the company’s strategic direction with a strong belief in autonomy, teamwork and coaching leadership. Company culture was never a side topic. It was a strategic lever for growth.

In 2018, he published the book ‘Trots!’ (Die Keure), in which he describes the power of a strong company culture.

Today, Peter supports business leaders and management teams in building result-driven organizations where people feel genuinely connected to the success of the company.
