Herman Wittockx, PhD, is the founder and CEO of Organisational Behaviour Development and founder of Hubermont Space for Development in Aarschot/Langdorp. As a psychologist and philosopher, he serves as Associate Professor of Strategic Leadership at Nyenrode Business University, combining academic insight with hands-on experience in organizational change.

He developed a distinctive approach in which Appreciative Inquiry is enriched with outdoor assignments in nature. This method helps align what is said with what truly happens and stimulates more organic ways of thinking and collaboration.
